Mini Grants

The Longmont Council for the Arts’ Mini-Grant Program is a collaborative effort with the City of Longmont, designed to help sustain and provide support to individual artists and small or emerging arts organizations throughout Longmont for the purpose of purchasing equipment for or pursuing projects in the areas of visual arts, music, dance, theatre, architecture, media, and literature.

Mini-Grant awards will not exceed $500.00 per artist or organization. Projects or equipment, for which Mini-grants are awarded, must be completed or purchased by December 31 of the current year.

 

 

2012 Important Dates

Application Deadline – May 25 at 5pm
Review – May 28 – June 1
Finalist Interviews – June 4-8
Grant Reception – June 11
Project Completion – December 31
Final Reports Deadline – 30 days after project/purchase completion or January 31, whichever is earlier

 

Who May Apply
To be eligible, applicants must

LCA Artist Membership – $35 – Become a Member

Organization Affiliate Membership -$50 – Become a Member
